AT PENTAGON RAMADAN IFTAR

APAAM attended the Pentagon Iftar on Monday October 1, 2007. It was a huge success with over 125+ attendees. Col Broome and the Pentagon Chaplain's Staff, along with LTCOL Tim Oldenburg (Master of Ceremonies), Mr. Ansari and Chaplain Saif all contributed to a memorable evening. Congressman Ellison visited and spoke as well as reps from ISNA, local Imams, Mr. Donley and DUSD Paul Brinkley.

USNA Midshipmen, Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, Congressional Muslim Staffers Assoc, and lots of Pentagon families and children were there celebrating in fellowship.

We want to all those who took the time to attend.
